Effective date: September 16, 2026 Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Second Mile Group, LLC, doing business as Faithful & Fruitful (“Faithful & Fruitful,” “we,” “us,” “our”). They govern your use of https://faithfulandfruitful.com, our member platform, our trainings and events, our text messaging program, and any other site or service we operate that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who May Use the Services
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you use the Services on behalf of a church or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Each membership is for one person. As the member, you may allow people who are on staff at your church, or who serve in an official role there, to access content through your account. You may not give access to anyone else, including people outside your church. You are responsible for everyone who uses your account and for making sure they follow these Terms, including the rules in Section 4.
The member community is a conversation among members. Please do not let others post, reply, or send messages under your name.
3. Memberships, Billing, and Cancellation
Automatic renewal
Paid memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the membership price, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by contacting us at info@faithfulandfruitful.com. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of a charge, unless different refund terms are noted at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at info@faithfulandfruitful.com. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. When a refund is issued, access to the purchased content ends.
Price changes
We may change membership prices. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may give you a short grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not received, we may suspend or end your access to paid content.
One-time purchases and events
Trainings, events, and other one-time purchases are governed by these Terms and by any additional terms shown at the time of purchase, including any event-specific transfer or cancellation policy.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of the payment service is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
4. Our Content: What You May and May Not Do
All content we provide through the Services, including live and recorded trainings, videos, audio, courses, articles, illustrations, templates, church documents, and software, is owned by or licensed to Faithful & Fruitful and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our content falls into two groups, and the rules differ for each:
- Training content means our video and audio trainings, courses and lessons, live sessions, cohorts, Training Days and other events (online or in person), and any recording, transcript, or slide deck of them.
- Ministry resources means the illustration ideas, church documents, templates, and similar tools that we provide for you to put to work in your church.
Your license
While your access is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our content and to use it in your own ministry. This means you may:
- Watch, listen to, and read training content through the Services
- Take your own written or typed notes for personal use while you learn
- Apply what you learn in your own preaching, teaching, and leadership
- Download ministry resources where we provide a download option, and adapt them for use within your own church or organization
- Share ministry resources with your own staff and volunteers
No recording, downloading, or transcribing of training content
You may not, and you may not allow anyone else to:
- Record, capture, or copy training content by any means, including voice recorders, phones, cameras, screen recording, and browser extensions or other download tools
- Record any live session, Training Day, cohort meeting, or event, whether you attend online or in person
- Download training content, except where we provide a download button for a specific item
- Transcribe training content, or create a transcript, captions file, or substantially complete written record of it, whether by hand, by software, or by a transcription service
- Bring an automated note-taker, meeting bot, or recording assistant into a live online session
Only Faithful & Fruitful may record live sessions, as described in Section 6. Taking personal notes is always welcome. Creating a record that could stand in for the training itself is not.
Using our content with AI tools
You may not upload, paste, or otherwise input training content into any third-party artificial intelligence tool or service. This includes video, audio, recordings, transcripts, slides, and lesson text, and it includes using an AI tool to summarize, transcribe, or take notes on a training or live session.
You may input ministry resources, meaning our illustration ideas and church documents, into AI tools when you are preparing material for your own church. The other limits in this section still apply to whatever you produce.
You may not use any of our content to train, fine-tune, or develop an artificial intelligence or machine learning model. AI-powered features that we provide inside the member platform are covered by Section 7 and are not restricted by this section.
Other restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, republish, redistribute, or publicly post our content, whether in its original form or adapted
- Give access to member content to anyone other than the people permitted in Section 2
- Present our content as a product, course, or resource of your own
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
- Scrape or systematically copy content from the Services
- Decompile or reverse engineer any software we provide
This is a license and not a transfer of ownership. It ends when your access ends or if you violate these Terms, and a violation of this section is grounds for ending your access without a refund. Sermons, lessons, and other material that you created yourself using what you learned from us remain yours.
5. The Member Community and Your Content
You own what you post
You keep ownership of the content you post in the member community, including forum posts, replies, questions, comments, images, and profile information (“Your Content”).
How we may use what you post, including outside the forum
We may use what is shared in the member community both inside and outside the community. You grant Second Mile Group, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute Your Content, in any format and through any channel. This includes using the questions, ideas, stories, feedback, and other information shared in discussions to:
- Operate the community and make content searchable and available through platform features, including AI-powered features
- Create and improve trainings, articles, emails, podcasts, social media posts, and other resources
- Conduct research and report on trends among pastors and ministry leaders
- Market and promote Faithful & Fruitful
When we use community content outside the member platform, our practice is to remove names and identifying details of members, churches, and other people, unless we have your permission to identify you. Private direct messages between members are not used in these ways.
If you do not want something used as described here, please do not post it in the community. Deleting a post removes it from the forum, but it does not undo uses we have already made of it.
You confirm that you have the right to post Your Content and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
Community standards
The member community exists so that pastors and ministry leaders can speak candidly and help one another. You agree that you will not:
- Post content that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful
- Share what other members post outside the community without their permission
- Post confidential or identifying details about congregants, staff, counseling matters, or other people without their consent
- Advertise, solicit, or send spam to other members
- Collect or harvest information about other members
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Use the Services in violation of any law or of anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights
Moderation
We may remove or edit content, and we may suspend or end accounts, when we believe content or conduct violates these Terms or harms the community. We are not obligated to monitor the community, and we are not responsible for content posted by members. Views expressed by members are their own.
Your profile and the content you post are visible to other members, and we may use it as described above. Content you posted may remain in the community after your account closes, with your identifying details removed, so that conversations stay understandable. You can ask us to delete specific content.
6. Live Sessions and Recordings
Some trainings, cohorts, and events are held live, online or in person, and may be recorded. By taking part in a live session, you agree that we may record it, including your name, voice, image, and comments if you choose to participate on camera, by audio, or in the chat. We may make recordings available to other members, and we may use recordings and transcripts to create teaching content and resources. If you would prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera and microphone off, and you may contact us before or after a session with any concern about how your participation is used.
7. AI-Powered Features
Some features of the member platform use artificial intelligence to generate responses based on our content and the questions you submit. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation, and they do not represent the official position of Faithful & Fruitful or of any teacher featured on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by these features before relying on it or using it in your ministry. Please do not submit confidential information about other people to these features.
8. Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to the Faithful & Fruitful text messaging program, these terms apply.
- What we send. Depending on what you signed up for, messages may include account and billing notices, reminders and logistics for trainings and events, replies to your support requests, and, if you have given express written consent, marketing messages about our resources and offers.
- Consent. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your request. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@faithfulandfruitful.com.
- Your number. You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to tell us if you change or give up that number.
- Carriers and availability. The program is available for U.S. phone numbers. Supported carriers may change, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or end the program at any time.
- Privacy. We do not share your mobile number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you notices, agreements, and other communications about your account and the Services electronically, by email or through the platform, and that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Marketing emails, calls, and texts are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of them at any time.
10. Educational Purpose and Accuracy
The Services provide training and resources for ministry leaders. Our content is for general educational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional counseling advice. Decisions about your church, your staff, and your ministry are yours to make, and you should seek qualified professional advice where your situation calls for it. We work to keep our content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors, or that using it will produce any particular result.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or rely on sites and services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@faithfulandfruitful.com that includes: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review the notice and remove infringing material where appropriate, and we may end the accounts of repeat infringers.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time, as described in Section 3.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails, or if your conduct harms other members or the Services. When it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. If we end your access because of a violation, you are not entitled to a refund. If we discontinue a paid Service for reasons other than your violation, we will refund any prepaid amount covering the period after the Service ends.
Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end will continue, including Sections 4, 5, 6, 14, 15, 16, and 17.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful & Fruitful disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful & Fruitful and its owners, team members, teachers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been told that such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faithful & Fruitful and its owners, team members, and teachers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at info@faithfulandfruitful.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it, and both of us agree to allow 30 days for that effort before filing any legal action. Any legal action that follows must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or the law. When we do, we will post the updated Terms at this address and change the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership before they take effect.
19. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown at the time of a purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
